CheeMc offers great food at a good price with generous portions. The fried chicken was the highlight—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, adding to the experience. However, sitting upstairs on a cold day was uncomfortable as it was very chilly inside. The restaurant was also quite busy, leading to slow service, and we had to cancel some items that didn’t arrive.Overall, delicious food but room for improvement in service and comfort.

Tasty Korean food. The portions were big, very fulfilling. We only stayed downstairs for a good meal.Space is small, luckily we had a reservation today. Service is good. Please note there’s a small charge for the service. We came on Saturday so we couldn’t try the “bottomless wings”. Might try to come again on weekdays.

Ordered fried chicken and draft beers. The flavors we ordered Korean soul, Red Devil, Mad Garlic and Yellow snow. We ordered small servings of each and each basket came with half bone and half boneless. The Korean soul flavor was good with balanced flavors, the other three flavors we ordered were not.The red devil seemed to use a Chinese chili oil base for a sauce and lacked any flavor beyond chili oil spice, not what you’d expect in a spicy korean fried chicken. The mad garlic was overwhelmingly garlicky coming from a fan of garlic. It lacked any flavor or body other than garlic spice. They were EXTREMELY generous. This would be the dish for you if you really like garlic on its own.The yellow powder chicken tasted quite artificial. The boneless portions of the chicken were also quite dry. Finally the restaurant offers free drinks if you leave a five star review which is a moderately dishonest tactic. This review doesn’t qualify unfortunately. As a plus, the staff was kind and accommodating.

Great place for Korean foodThe kimchi pancake was definitely the tastiest thing. We also got some sweet chilli chicken and beef bulgogi. We thought it wouldn’t be enough food for two people and we barely finished!I’d say the only draw back was service, a bit slow at times but the people were polite and kind. The floor we were on was quite cold as well.
